They did not contact me to tell me the bike was ready, I had to call them repeatedly. When I picked it up, no "Is there anything you would like us to help you with", no offer to put my old pedals on it, no offer to set it up for me, not even a offer to help me get it in the boot of my car - Total Fail!
They don't understand if you don't engage with your customer, they don't stay in your shop and you have no chance of selling them anything else! I brought my last bike, a TREK Madone 4.7 from Bike Force Joondalup were they were very helpful, in the process of setting the bike up for me, I purchased about $500 worth of additional gear, that is what happens when you engage the customer and keep them in your shop! The only reason I went JCC was that Bike Force did not have a Carbon Ultegra bike in the $3000 price range and I did not want to go backwards to 105 and aluminium.
