SRAM X9 Mountain Group

The 2016 SRAM X9 Mountain Group is a mid-range group versatile enough for anything from cross-country to all-mountain. Comprehensively addressing the drivetrain, the group includes multiple shift options and derailleurs, a chain, cassette, crankset and pair of hubs. The last are available in spacings for nine- and ten-speed cassettes. Construction is light, strong aluminum alloy, in black and silver. The X9 group is nicely complemented with a pair of DB brakes, delivering exceptional shifting and braking in a light, durable package.
A very good, modestly priced off-road group.
