Specialized Turbo Cotton

The 2016 Specialized Turbo Cotton is a top-end road clincher. Structurally identical to Specialized's tubular, the clincher has slightly improved rolling resistance and the same exceptional quality, including the 320 TPI casing and hand assembly. The Turbo Cotton is a championship tire, racking up time trial and stage victories at the Tour de France. The center is slick, providing a solid contact patch and very low rolling resistance; cornering is confident.
