Shimano SH-AM9

The 2018 Shimano SH-AM9 is a top-of-the-line enduro and downhill shoe. Wearing the AM9 is like having force fields for your feet; there's an armored lace cover, a reinforced toe box, increased sidewall height on the sole and an asymmetric ankle protector to protect you from banging into the crankarm. The new sole has a broad, flat, grippy base, ace for pinned pedals; if you prefer clipless, the new channel guides the cleat into place. Coming in at an astonishing 400 grams, the AM9 is an excellent enduro shoe.
