Campagnolo Shamal Ultra

The 2017 Campagnolo Shamal Ultra is a mid-range road wheelset. Newly updated, this year's edition is sized for wider 25 or 28mm tires with a 17mm internal width rim; these wheels present a very smooth profile to the wind. Construction is bombproof, the aluminum-shelled hubs (rear driveside flange dramatically oversized) containing Campy's ace ceramic bearings, now equipped with an adjustable lockring to precisely adjust preload, and the goofy-looking but surprisingly reliable G3 lacing in the back. Available for standard clinchers or tubeless-compatible.
